Located on a plateau overlooking the sea, near the Hypsas and Agragas rivers and a ridge to the north that acts as a natural fortification, Agrigento was founded in the VI century BC. from the Greek colonizers arrived from Gela.
This 8-hour excursion also includes a short stop for a coffee (not included in the tour price) along the road to Agrigento, before arriving at the Valley of the Temples.
